Re: Surgery that caused extreme emotional issues
You describe a complex story that might involve malpractice.
You may you have been improperly evaluated and treated at any of the times when you presented for medical attention due to a complication of your procedure. Improper technique in the initial surgery may have caused an abscess that did not show until one month later. For these reasons, if you believe you may have a claim, you should absolutely contact malpractice attorneys to discuss your case.
There is a second aspect that you need to consider before making any contacts.
A malpractice attorney makes a commitment to invest thousands of dollars and many hours just to investigate a claim. As such, first impressions are important.
You start with a disadvantage because the nature of your procedure might cause a jury and therefore an attorney to not take you seriously. Your written presentation seems 2 cute for me 2 take u seriously.
If you are serious, I suggest that you need to work on presenting your facts and damages in a coherent and organized manner before contacting attorneys.
For the reasons I stated above, if you believe you may have a claim, you should absolutely contact malpractice attorneys AS SOON AS POSSIBLE to discuss whether you may have a claim.
The 2 year statute of limitations should not be taken as an invitation to delay seeking legal opinions. Act NOW!
