Daughter injured at College, but off campus
My daughter was injured at a fraternity house in PA where she attends college. A boy was skateboarding in the house when the skate board got away from her, hitting her ankle and causing a torn ligament. She is in an air cast, with crutches. Who is responsible for the medical bills?

ASSUMING she was not working at the time of the accident, her bills should go to your family's regular health coverage. If she has any accident insurance, a claim should be submitted there.
She may want to consult an attorney about bringing a claim against the skateboarder. If he was negligent, or careless about skateboarding in the house, his family's homeowners coverage might cover his liability.
The frat may be liable and there's precedents about a frat's liability especially regarding injuries from intoxication at parties. Hopefully your daughter's injuries will heal quickly, though.
