Property tranfer

We want to leave our home and property to our 3 children. what is the best way to do this?

You should have Wills. Consult a local estates lawyer to help you determine your estate goals and to put them into writing in a formal Will. You should also each have a Living Will, Advance Health Care Directive with appointment of an agent, and Durable Power of Attorney. A reputable estates lawyer should prepare all of these documents as part of your estate plan.
