Sexual Assult
I want to know the steps one would to get a sexual charge exsponged from her/his record. They have no money and they need this to be done reather quickly. They live in DC but this charge against them was made in Phila. and he was under 18yo. What should my friend do?

Since no Pennsylvania attorney has come forward on your question, I will provide the following necessarily limited response(not knowing what Pennylvania law provides in regards to expungement of criminal records): Since the records of juvenile convictions are normally sealed, the record of this particular conviction should be no different and anyone doing a background check on this particular indivdual (for whatever reason)should not be able to gain access.
Consequently, the record of the criminal conviction under seal should not pose an impediment to the subject person seeking
employment or other objectives which might involve a criminal background check of the applicant.
