Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Pennsylvania

Living Trust

My father recently passed away and

as myself and one other sibling were

estranged from him, everything went

to our other brother. He tells me that

my father set up a living trust and

that when my father died, all assets

rolled over into the trust which that

brother has control of. As a legal heir,

do I have any rights in this situation

at all? Even if only to demand an

accounting of the assets? And to get

copies of all legal documents

involved?

Re: Living Trust

You absolutely have the right to see the documents. However, you may need a lawyer's assistance to get them if your brother doesn't willingly turn them over. Feel free to contact me to discuss the matter in some detail.
