Will and probate

We are thinking of contesting a will base on the facts. 1. Will eliminates me from the will and gives my brother all parental property. 2.Will was held by brother since written. 3. 1st page of will reads to exclude me, it is in a different type size, page is not numbered as are the last two pages. 4. Will is only signed on second and third pages. It is my contention that he rewrote the 1st page to his favor. There are no other copies anywhere on file to compare. Do i have a case?
