Legal Question in Workers Comp in Pennsylvania

Do I have a case????

I was injured on the job....went for medical care but was only treated for a concussion even though boxes hit me from a 6 ft high area and hit me on the head and back.....My hip area still hurts but the medial personnel the company sent me to released me. I am still in pain but havent seeked further mediacal help as I do not have insurance. The accident happend at my place of employment at the time. I have since quit since I was threatened with a write up for being out for 4 days during this injury under doctors order. They wished to write me up as I took a large amout of money to the bank and they claimed I should have came in injury or not. But my main question is since I am still in pain due to the injury do I have a case against my former employers and the medical organation that treated me.

Re: Do I have a case????

If you were injured at work and your doctor relates your inability to work to the injuries, you can collect WComp. You do not have a cause of action against the co.'s doctors.
