i was hurt at my job

i was hurt while delivering food on my bike last year 2008 july, witnesses saw me go throught a red light and was hit by a taxi, and was in the hospital for a couple of days. the injuries were on my head and shoulder, nothing big and now my medical bills are $50000 and i got a settlement from the taxi insurance for $15000, and i want to know if worker compensation pays for my medical bills or not. and will they come after me for my money, i hear they will ask me to pay a little bit too. what should i do now

Since you had an attorney for the case, you should get him involved with the comp case
