Legal Question in Workers Comp in Pennsylvania
video surveillance or harassment
I'm currently receiving workers comp. and recently found out that my employers attorney has had me under surveillance, including following me in my car. Is this legal and when does it become harassment or stalking.

Legal, happens to others all the time. when the photographer takes pictures through windows of a breast-feeding Mother. Seriously, when outside, your privacy has been abandoned. ever notice the police officers' closed circuit cameras? they take your picture while driving too.
