Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Philippines

Justifiable causes for terminating a contract

What are the justifiable causes of terminating a contract that does not have a termination clause?

Is loss of confidence, misrepresentation and delays in issuing an official receipt (i.e. they delayed and issued a receipt using another company's receipt not the company stated in the contract) valid?

Re: Justifiable causes for terminating a contract

non compliance with the contractual obligation is a valid reason to terminate the contract. however, the termination can only be coursed throught the court and not rescinded extrajudicially.
