Declaration of Nullity of Marriage

I got married to man i didn't know was already married, now i want to have our marriage nullified. How do I go about it and how much will I spend for it?

U can file a petition in court to declare your marriage as void for reasons of being a bigamous marriage. You would spend anywhere between 60 to around 80 thousand pesos. Would take you about 8 to 18 months. There is a need for you to take the witness stand and present proof of the prior marriage. Thanks
