were seperate,live in 7 years and no support from him,wat can i do?they have 3 kids the 2 is now is need money to go schoolbut i dont have work he is in another woman.no call in 1 year,how i get the support from him.

you have to file a petition for support in court. but be sure to locate any property of the guy or be sure that he has funds to support you, otherwise, filing a petition for support is useless. Thanks
