What is the paramour law in the State of South
Carolina? And how does that effect the divorce when
minor children are involved? Is there a three year
seperation period before the children would be allowed
around another person? And is the law null and void if
you are remarried?

A paramour is an illicit sexual partner of a man or a woman. It is one of the grounds for a fault divorce in the State of South Carolina.
The relationship alone does not affect custody or visitation; there must be other factors.
I don't understand why you think there is a three year separation in relatinship to the children. I need more details here.
