Legal Question in Civil Litigation in South Carolina
My neighbors Grandson cleared a strip of my land. 120 foot by 15 foot. He cut down over 10 trees on MY property and damaged a few more. The property line was marked with stakes and orange ribbons on the lot corners Do I have any recourse???
