answering a complaint
How do you answer and file an
answer to a complaint. Are there
forms? And do you have to have
an attorney. There is not a
copyright attorney in our city.

I am a Tennessee attorney who has been involved in a great deal of copyright litigation. If you are a defendant in a copyright lawsuit, you need to seek out an experienced attorney even if they aren't close by. Starting with the answer, it is important for a competent attorney to be involved.
