bad debt
i was contacted by a so called attorneys office for a bad debt to settle gave them my bank info and it was supposed to not go in until 3/1 but it went in today causing major problems with my other bills

Perfectly legitimate. Same with a post-dated check; it can go in and be cashed at any time.
