Legal Question in Consumer Law in Texas
mortgage/business
Can I sue a mortgage company because they issued a refund of escrow check and then put a stop payment on it without my knowledge causing me to have to dip into my savings to avoid overdraft fees and bounced checks? The company has agreed that they are at fault and their customer service representative was incompetent and wrong.
