Purchasing a Vehicle
I purchased a new vehicle two days ago, Not great gas mileage. Can I take the vehicle back, do I have 72 hours to get out of a legal contract?

There is no such right to cancel a contract within 72 hours.

No you own the car. You can contact the dealership and see if they are willing to work a deal to trade for a different vehicle.
