Legal Question in Consumer Law in Texas
Is this a scam
I bought a set of cookware at a demonstration and gave a down payment, they said after the check was cashed they were going to ship. Now they are calling saying my credit is too new and that I have to put a down payment of $600 more, or pay for 6 months before they will ship. My question is can they do this if we've already enter into the contract and they have cashed the check?
