If I have a judgement against me, can they seize a Paypal account?

Would it help to put things in my husband's name instead of mine?

A paypal account would likely be non-exempt, so yes, they can seize it.

You should be very careful about undertaking actions for the purpose of frustrating attempts at collection of this judgment. Such actions could be considered fraudulent transfers, which could open you up to further liability.
