On my credit report I am charged with a bill from a hospital when I was 16, is this legal or what can I do about it?

A credit bureau has a legal duty to tell the truth. If the information on your credit report is true and correct, there's not much you can do about it.

However, it is illegal (they are under some special rules) for them to report any information that is more than seven years old (there are a few exceptions).
