my company paid me in error 10,027 after I already had quit my job. I have already spent the money. What is there legal recourse. I don't have the money to make an payments right now. Company is Chase Bank

Unfortunately, I'm not sure if you have much in the way of legal recourse other than finding a way to get a structured settlement (payment over time) with Chase or perhaps seeking bankruptcy.

You should seriously consider pursuing legal representation in either instance, and soon.
