In a Dwi case , can the Da subpeana your medical records in denton, county Texas? Is this a violation of my Hippa rights?

The DA can issue the subpoena, but my experience in Denton County, is that the medical provider would file a motion to quash. The judge would then review the file in camera to determine if the records were admissable.
