Sealing a conviction
If some one had to post bond for theif of (Postal) money orders,How and what is it call to seal or close there record or case? The incident happen about 20 years ago and it doesn't come up in a back ground screening. How?

In Texas you can seal a deferred adjudication. You can not seal a conviction
