deferred adjudification
I have an attorney for representation for a DUI charge. I am not guilty. To keep from spending a lot of money having a jury trial, if offered, can deferred ajudification be in my benefit. I am not guilty but do not have much money to stay in court for a long time. Also I may be fired from my job if my company finds out.

You are paying an attorney for exactly this type of advice. Talk to him/her.
