Legal Question in DUI Law in Texas

The law governing serving intoxicated customers

I would like to know the specific law(TABC/State rules) that establishments that serve alcohol have to follow. What's the possible penalities/fines if those laws(TABC/State rules) are broken? What can their liability be if they do serve an intoxicated person and that person injures themselves on that establishments property?
