Mic
I just got my second MIC and they are about a year apart. I didn' t blow on either. I live in Texas and I was wondering what are the consequences for the second one and is there any way to get them on my record?

Re: Mic
You need a lawyer. Assuming you want a driver's license; and a future, this is not something you want to handle yourself. A lawyer may be able to keep this from a conviction.
