In the State of Texas, is it legal for a police officer to photograph a 17 year old in a private home during a party raid?

A 17 year old is a minor, but not a juvenile. Under the criminal justice system, a 17 year old is an adult. Whether the photography was legal depends upon the circumstances and nature of it.
