Probation
My husband was convicted of a DWI in Wise County Texas he is a resident of the state of Oklahoma. Can Texas forbid him return Oklahoma he is on probation and this was his first arrest.

Yes they can, but it would be pretty rare, as there is usually courtesy supervision between the states.
