child visitation
who can pick-up my child on her father's weekend? can her sixteen year old stepsister pick her up? does it have to be someone over the age of eighteen?

The divorce decree will usually state that the spouse can designate a competent adult to pick up the child. If so, then it needs to be someone over the age of 18. Read your decree.
