Legal Question in Family Law in Texas
I have custody of my three children. Prior to moving away from him he had visitations with them everyother week, alternating holidays and for 30 days during the summer. I have recently moved 150 miles away and do not have a vehicle. He was granted the vehicle in the divorce. Do I have to meet him half way to exchange the kids? What are my legal options? He is supposed to be paying me 730 in child support a month and I am only getting about 300....I don't have a car and can't expect someone else to take them - am I required to find them transportation?

I assume that your moving 150 miles away does not violate any geographic restriction in the Court order.
Read your order to find out who has to provide transportation, and how. Most orders require Dad to provide all the transportation.
As for not getting your child support, you should contact the Attorney General's office and get them to start an enforcement action.
