Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

I have a daughter that her and her fianc� were trying to have a baby, he is sterile so they did sperm donation.. she finally got pregnant, and 10 days after they found out she was ,... he decided he didn't want to be a dad or husband, he signed and notarized the paper at the donor place. what legal actions does she have for child support

Talk to an attorney about your options.

She should have talked to a family law attorney before going to a fertility clinic.

I don't know what the paper said at the donor place, take it to an attorney to review.
