Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

My fianc� and I want to

get married and due to the

fact he's in county jail in

Texas , is it still possible for

us to get married even though hes being sent to a texas prison ?

I think that most county jails have their own policies - call the sheriff's office and ask them.
