Legal Question in Family Law in Texas
My wife recently left me after being married for 8 years, we have two small children that I have physical custody of at the moment. Two days after we were separated, she began a physical relationship with an old boyfriend, taking our 6 year old daughter to his house. I have many pictures that various men have posted online of her partying, reclining in beds wearing very little, and several email accounts between her and other men of various encounters. Also, she has since entered a relationship with another old boyfriend who is also a lawyer, and he has signed on to represent her in our upcoming divorce. They are both unaware that I know of their relationship, which includes them all going out for a 'family' outing together during the first and only visit the children have had with their mother up to this point, and my daughter telling me they spent a couple of days at his apartment until late at night. I am filing for sole conservatorship due to her sudden wild and reckless behavior. Is there anything I should do per her relationship with her lawyer, beyond informing my own attorney, which I have already done?

Yes, a Bar Association of your State can be informed, as this conduct could be considered to be an ethical violation for a lawyer.
