Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Texas

I met with a paralegal regarding a collision case and signed representation forms. I never heard from the law firm again. I want to dissolve the agreement. How can I do that in Texas?

You should write a letter to the attorney, asking that you be released from your contract and that a copy of your file be mailed to you. State specifically in your letter that you want to be released from the terms of your contract because the attorney has taken no action on your case.
