Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Texas

I sold a tv to a person via verbal agreement. When it came down to the time to pay for the tv he refused, then put the tv outside for the garbage truck to pick it up and said i dont have your tv any more so i dont have to pay for it.

Sue him on the verbal agreement. He'll lie about the contract, but perhaps the Judge (or the jury) will believe you.

This would be a lawsuit in the local Justice Court.
