Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Texas
I got a house under my name for my exgirlfriend. I never lived there with her and she paid all morgage. how do i go about changing the title under her name?

You can execute a special warranty deed BUT, you will still be obligated to pay the mortgage and it will still be on your credit.
