Inheritance
My stepmother just passed away and left no will. The property is under my fathers name who passed 9 years ago.
Where do i start to sort this out?

When did the father acquire the property? If the father acquired the property prior to the marriage, and the wife was never added to title, then it's possible that this could be cleared up with a few affidavits of heirship. If it was acquired after the marriage, then I would need to research the family history of the wife before giving you an answer.
