My father passed away 08 i assumed all debt and maintenance of the home (no existing mortgage) Car with cont payments and lot with mortgage payments no will was found I had power of attorney and cared for my dad untill his death I now live in the home I had to leave my residence to do this Now I want to sell the home i have one sister who does not help What documents do I need to sell home and lot. She owes the estate

I'm sorry to hear about your father. Will your sister voluntarily sign the papers? If so, this can be accomplished fairly quickly and inexpensively. If your sister won't cooperate, then you will have greater expense on this.
