Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Texas
My question is my sister took it my dads assets that he had when he died, however there are the two of us. There was a corvette, dodge truck, and money. The only thing we got papers on was the dodge truck and money that was drawn up for the both of us to split down the middle. Ok, we split the money, but she took the truck without me knowing and sold it, she has not contacted me or payed me the money that she got for the truck, I found out who she sold the truck to, and she even got the title in her name, however the papers we got drawn up states that the truck belonged to her and I.I need to know what i can do about this, she already got everything else that belonged to my father, and has done me so wrong. Please help me!!!!

I'm sorry she done you so wrong but taking this to Court will cost more than your share of the income from the truck. If you are ready to spend the money to fight this you need to see a good probate/estate attorney.
