Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Texas

No will/ Husband passed away in April. I am not on our mortgage loan, but am on the deed. Mortgage company has been communicating with me about this account since I faxed his death cert listing me as surviving spouse 3 months ago. Now they will give me NO further info without "administration papers". I'm trying to keep my home out of foreclosure and assume the loan how do I get these papers?
