Admissable Tape Recordings

If I was to retain an attorney, would she be able to submit for evidence non-consented tape recordings she heard between the Custodial Parent and NCP ONLY if the NCP testified under oath she never made such comments?

Such recordings would likely be considered admissible as evidence only in the event that all of the parties involved in the recorded conversation had consented to it(the recording).
