Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

If a non custodial parent is court ordered to continue health insurance on the children only health not dental, also is responsible for a percentage of unpaid medical and dental bills. Is that non custodial parent held to this even if the custodial parent does not use the health ins provided by the non custodial parent?

Yes, I would think so unless there is language in the order which says otherwise.
