Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

obligations after a child turns 18

I recently received a motion to amend from my ex stating that she wants me to continue providing medical ins. for our 18 year old. The child has quit high school, is now according to her mother enrolled in college full time. Our separation agreement reads that support will be paid until the age of majority. I am supposed to provide medical and my ex dental. I have been providing both for the last 17 years. Is there any law saying I have to continue providing med/dental coverage after the age of 18 if our agreement reads support until the age of majoirty?

Also, how many times can she take me back to court for these things? I have a court date of 04/01 where she is trying to get me to continue paying support while she is in college and now recently received another motion to amend with another court date after I filed a motion asking that child support be terminated when the child reaches 18. She Aren't both of her filings considered frivoulous considering our original agreement says support until the age of majority. This agreement was also incorporated into the final judgment of dissolution of marriage. It states that the agreement cannot be amended or revoked w/o the consent of both parties. Is this harrasment?

Re: obligations after a child turns 18

I've already said no to your first inquiry.

As many times as the judge sees fit to permit it without imposing sanctions(in answer to your second).
