assault and battery

I just need to know what to do about an abusive boyfriend. He only acts a way when he drinks but always is blaming me and I have caught him cheating but when I try to leave or confront him I end up having bruises all over my body what can I do. If I call the police it will only make things worse when he finds us again

If you're the victim of a crime, meaning an assault and battery, you must call the police for your own protection as well as the rest of society. You should also make application with your local Juvenile & Domestic Relations District Court(JDRDC) for a CPO(Civil Protection Order)against your accused batterer.
