My, brother is getting married to a girl who is british, andher visa espires several months beofre the wedding, what is the cheapest way for her to stay, without them getting married before her visa expires?

On what visa is she in the USA? Is it a Visa Waiver, B2, J1 or any other visa? After marriage, they will have to petition for her permanent residency provided that she is eligible. It's advisable to consult a lawyer before the wedding and start making plans for her immigration process.
