Legal Question in Employment Law in Virginia

I got a call about a HR assistant position I applied to by the HR hiring manager in which she explain the position and told me it was actually located in an area that I did not apply to. She was selling a position that I thought was a HR position but was not. Decided to take the offer and after 2 months of working it was a nightmare due to being blamed for anything going wrong. I was stressed and had anxiety before resigning without a job to support myself.

So, what's the question, i.e., do you have some kind of legal remedy for what occurred in this employment from which you felt compelled to resign after two months?
