my sons ( who only has worked for this company for about 3 months) complained to his maneger about another employee makeing a racest remark about his race and was told action would be takin about a week later they told him he was being let go caues the company was slow right now and he wasnt needed the very next day he found out they had replaced him with another employee,s family member can he put in a complaint about this and who would he talk to
