Salary Employee

If my company is not union than can they work me between 45 to 80 pluss hours a week for the same salary as 40 hrs a week?

No, under U.S. Department of Labor(DOL)as well as the Va. Department of Labor & Industry(VDLI) regulations, all salaried, non-management employees must be paid time and one half compensation for all hours worked

in excess of 40. It's the law.
