Eviction in the state of Virginia
How do I get my live in girlfriend out of my home legally? She has no lease and pays no rent.

Most likely you'll have to go through formal eviction proceedings with your local general district court since local law enforcement authorities will be unlikely to be willing to charge and remove her as a trespasser.
The clerk's office (civil division)will provide you with the forms necessary to initiate the eviction proceeding.
